General Policy Questions
How long will it take to receive my order?

DICK'S Sporting Goods Return Policy
DICK’S Sporting Goods, Calia, VRST and Golf Galaxy offer a 90-day return policy from the date of purchase for in-store purchases and from the original shipment date for online orders on most products. DICK’S Sporting Goods Warehouse and Going, Going, Gone! locations offer a 30-day return policy on most products.
- Returns with valid proof of purchase will receive a refund to the initial form of payment for most purchases, including purchases made by cash, credit card, debit card and DICK’S gift card. Some purchases are not eligible for a refund to your original payment method.
- Store credit will be provided back for purchases made using some third-party marketplaces such as Instacart.
- A DICK’S gift card will be provided back for purchases made using non-DICKS-branded gift cards, Affirm, AfterPay, Klarna, PayPal, exchanges, where multiple tender types are used during the initial purchase, and other circumstances where a refund to your original payment method is not possible or feasible.
- Valid Proof(s) of Purchase include the order number, order confirmation email, original sales receipt, pack slip, or return barcode.
- DICK’s Sporting Goods must receive return items within 90-days of purchase for in-store purchases or from the original shipment date in order to be processed. Going, Going, Gone! must receive return items within 30-days of purchase for in-store purchases or from the original shipment date in order to be processed.
- Returns without a Valid Proof of Purchase must be returned using a valid ID and will receive a store credit for the lowest selling price. Store credit may be used for in-store merchandise purchases only.
- Returns may be denied if the original transaction cannot be verified or if the payment method is determined to be unauthorized, invalid, or associated with fraud. Merchandise may be retained or restocked without issuance of value where permitted by law.
- Information regarding return activity and from IDs (if applicable for returns without a Valid Proof of Purchase) will be held in a company-wide database of customer return activity.
- To be eligible for a refund, products must be in a clean and resalable condition. Certain items specified below may not be returned once they have been opened.
- For items excluded from returns, the manufacturer’s contact information may be provided upon request.
- Returns with a gift receipt will be offered a gift card or an even exchange.
- Returns, where a Scorecard Reward or coupon was redeemed, will result in an adjusted refund amount.
- Original shipping charges for online orders are not refundable.
- Items requiring repairs should be returned to the manufacturer or an authorized service center.
- The following identification is accepted for returns: U.S. or Canadian Driver’s License, U.S. State ID, U.S. Military ID, or U.S. Passport.
DICK’S Sporting Goods, Calia, VRST and Golf Galaxy reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges regardless of proof of purchase.
We are committed to the accuracy of our scanner pricing system. If a customer is charged a higher price at the point of sale for an item advertised by us or displayed in-store at a lower price, the lower price will be honored.

Bikes
Typically cannot be returned. There is a 24-hour bike-sizing/color verification grace period that allows our Athletes additional time to inspect and verify the size and color of the bike. The 24-hour Size/Color Inspection Verification Return Policy is limited to inspecting the bike for size verification and color only – bikes that are used during the 24-hour window or bikes that do not have all original labels and tags cannot be returned.
Under the 24-Hour Size/Color Inspection Verification Return Policy:
- Unused bikes purchased and assembled in-store may be eligible for return up to 24 hours after purchase.
- Unused bikes purchased via Curbside Pick Up or Buy Online, Pickup In-Store Pickup programs, and assembled in-store may be eligible for return up to 24 hours after pickup.
- Unused bikes that are shipped to home and assembled in-store may be eligible for return up to 24 hours after pickup.
- Unused bikes that are shipped to home and not assembled and still in the box may be eligible for return up to 24 hours after delivery.
Bats
- Used Baseball/Softball Bats are not eligible for return. Returns are accepted only if the bat is unused.
Factory Seal Broken/Opened Packages
- The following items cannot be returned if the package is opened or the factory seal is broken: Football Helmets, Air Beds, Electronic Scooters and Bikes, Face Coverings, Mouthguards, Ice Rinks, Portable Lavatories, and Whoop Fitness Trackers.
Rapsodo
- Rapsodo items may only be returned in-store.
Peloton
- Peloton Cardio Equipment (Bike, Bike+, Treadmill): If item was delivered within the last 30 days, please contact Peloton for return information. For items delivered more than 30 days ago, but purchased less than 90 days ago, please return to a Dick’s Sporting Goods store.
NordicTrack Ultra 1 Treadmill Returns
- Ultra 1 Customers may contact the Ultra 1 Concierge at (435) 225-8093 to initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date. iFIT’s return policy is stated here: https://www.nordictrack.com/terms
- Within 3 business days of the return request, the Ultra 1 Concierge will schedule a visit with a certified technician to inspect and evaluate the condition of the machine. During the visit, the technician will document the condition, capture photographic evidence, and prepare a written report to be submitted to iFIT, confirming that the machine is undamaged and in good working order.
- If iFIT determines, in its sole discretion, that the machine is undamaged and in good working order, it will issue a return authorization to the Customer.
- iFIT will schedule the Ultra 1 removal with the DSG customer and delivery service.
- Once the machine has been removed from the customer’s home, iFIT will refund DSG the amount DSG paid to iFIT for the returned machine (within an estimated 15 business days of return initiation), less the return shipping charge of $250 and 10% restocking fee of $1,500, for a total deduction of $1,750. The 10% restocking fee is based off of the MSRP, $15,000.
- Returned Ultra 1 treadmills will not go back to DSG; the return location will be determined based on its condition as assessed by iFIT.
